สถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ จัดกิจกรรมค่ายอาจารย์มืออาชีพ เพื่อร่วมก้าวสู่เป้าหมายการผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพ เพื่อเป็นกำลังสาคัญในการพัฒนาประเทศได้อย่างยั่งยืน

   สถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (MFU Learning Innovation Institute) จัดกิจกรรมค่ายอาจารย์มืออาชีพ ประจำปี 2569 ระหว่างวันที่ 18-20 พฤษภาคม 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างให้อาจารย์ใหม่ของมหาวิทยาลัย ได้รับการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเรียนรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ของการเป็นอาจารย์ที่ดี ตลอดจนได้รับการพัฒนาในวิชาชีพและแนวทางที่จำเป็นสำหรับการจัดการศึกษาในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย

   ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.มัชฌิมา นราดิศร อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม ได้กล่าวต้อนรับอาจารย์ใหม่สู่ครอบครัว มฟล. พร้อมให้แนวคิดต่อการทำงานในมหาวิทยาลัยในบทบาทของกำลังสำคัญในการผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพ

   “เป็นที่ทราบกันดีว่า ในปัจจุบันเราดำเนินชีวิตอยู่ท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วและตลอดเวลา ทั้งในด้านความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศที่ส่งผลกระทบ ในเชิงเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสุขภาพ ซึ่งล้วนเป็นประเด็นท้าทาย ต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับนักศึกษาให้มีความรู้และทักษะ ในการเผชิญกับโลกยุคใหม่”

   “ตลอดระยะเวลา 27 ปีที่ผ่านมา มหาวิทยาลัยเติบโตขึ้นมาอย่างมีคุณภาพ ด้วยการยึดมั่นสืบสานพระราชปณิธานของ สมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี ในการ “ปลูกป่า สร้างคน” โดยมุ่ง "สร้างคน สร้างความรู้ สร้างคุณภาพ สร้างคุณธรรม และอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ" โดยมุ่งหวังให้มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งนี้เป็นที่พึ่งทางปัญญาของสังคม สามารถผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพ เพื่อเป็นกำลังสาคัญในการพัฒนาประเทศได้อย่างยั่งยืน”

   “มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงกำลังจะก้าวเข้าสู่ปีที่ 28 ภายใต้วิสัยทัศน์มหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำของอาเซียนที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ มุ่งมั่นพัฒนาเพื่อความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีและอนาคตที่ยั่งยืน โดยยังคงยึดหลัก 4 ประการ ได้แก่

MFU Learning Innovation Institute Hosts "Professional Teacher Camp 2026" to Empower New Faculty for Sustainable Future 

   The Learning Innovation Institute of Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) launched the "Professional Teacher Camp 2026" (held from May 18-20, 2026). The program is designed to prepare new faculty members for their roles as educators, fostering professional excellence and driving higher education management standards.

   Assistant Professor Dr. Matchima Naradisorn, President of MFU,  presided over the opening ceremony and welcomed the new educators to the MFU family, emphasizing their critical role in shaping high-quality graduates.  

   In her address, Assistant Professor Dr. Matchima Naradisorn highlighted the university’s vision amidst global shifts: 

  “We are living in an era of rapid and constant change—spanning knowledge, technology, and climate impacts—which challenges us to equip our students with the skills needed to thrive in the modern world. For 27 years, MFU has grown by adhering to the Royal Aspiration of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra: ‘To Plant Forests, To Build People.’ As we enter our 28th year toward becoming a leading, internationally recognized university in ASEAN, we remain firmly committed to our four core pillars:”

-The Royal Aspiration — Continuing the legacy of  “To Plant Forests, To Build People”to serve as the intellectual pillar of society.  

-New, Different, Better—  Adapting in all dimensions to proactively address global transformations
