กองทุนเงินยืมฉุกเฉินไทยช่วยไทย มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2569

นักศึกษาสามารถยืมเงินกองทุนเงินยืมฉุกเฉินไทยช่วยไทยได้ครั้งละไม่เกิน 5,000 บาท โดยไม่มีดอกเบี้ย

เงื่อนไขและหลักเกณฑ์ในการขอยืม

• ต้องเป็นนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี และลงทะเบียนเรียนในภาคการศึกษาที่ทำเรื่องขอยืม
• ประสบปัญหาค่าใช้จ่ายทางการศึกษา
• มีความประพฤติดี
• ต้องมีผลการเรียนเฉลี่ยสะสม (GPAX) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.00
• ไม่เป็นผู้ค้างชำระคืนเงินยืมกองทุน

เอกสารประกอบการยืมเงิน

• แบบคำขอยืมเงินกองทุนเงินยืมฉุกเฉินไทยช่วยไทย มฟล.
• สัญญายืมเงินกองทุนเงินยืมฉุกเฉินไทยช่วยไทย มฟล.
• หนังสือยินยอมให้ยืมเงินกองทุนเงินยืมฉุกเฉินไทยช่วยไทย มฟล.
• สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน หรือสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวนักศึกษา
• สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของบิดา มารดา หรือผู้ปกครอง

การติดตามการชำระคืนเงินยืมกองทุน

1. แจ้งเตือนกําหนดเวลาชําระเงินยืมกองทุนให้นักศึกษาทราบล่วงหน้า 7 วัน ทาง Email
2. เมื่อครบกําหนดชําระเงินยืมกองทุนแล้ว แต่นักศึกษายังไม่ชําระคืน จะถูกระงับการเข้าใช้ระบบบริการการศึกษา (REG) โดยจะส่งหนังสือแจ้งนักศึกษาทาง Email ให้ชำระคืน  ภายใน 7 วัน และส่งหนังสือแจ้งอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา
3. เมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลาตามข้อ (2) จะส่งหนังสือแจ้งนักศึกษาและผู้ปกครองให้ชำระคืน ภายใน 15 วัน
4. เมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลาตามข้อ (3) ส่วนพัฒนานักศึกษารายงานไปยังมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อให้ส่วนการเงินและบัญชี และ ส่วนนิติการดำเนินในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป

Thai Chauy Thai Emergency Loan Fund, Mae Fah Luang University Semester 1 of 2026

Students may apply for a Thai Chuay Thai Emergency Loan of up to 5,000 baht per time without interest.

Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in the semester in which the loan application is submitted.
• Must be experiencing financial difficulties related to educational expenses.
• Must demonstrate good conduct.
• Must have a cumulative grade point average (GPAX) of no less than 2.00.
• Must not have any outstanding debts from previous student loans.

Required Documents

• Application Form for the MFU Thai Chuay Thai Emergency Loan Fund
• Loan Agreement
• Consent Form
• Copy of student ID card or national ID card
• Copy of the national ID card of the student's parent(s) or legal guardian

Tracking Loan Repayments Process

1. 7-day advance notice of the fund repayment deadline will be sent to students via email.
2. Students who fail to pay by the deadline will have their REG system access suspended. An email notice will be sent to the student to complete the payment within 7 days, with a CC to their advisor.
3. If payment is still not received, a notice will be sent to the student and their parents/guardians to settle the debt within 15 days.
4. If the debt remains unpaid, the SDAD will escalate the case to the Finance and Accounting Division and the Division of Legal Affairs for further official proceedings.

Students can submit forms and related documents from July 1 - August 17, 2026
