มฟล. ร่วม Fulbright Specialist Program ยกระดับยุทธศาสตร์ความเป็นสากล

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) ตอกย้ำบทบาทการเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำด้านความเป็นสากลของประเทศไทย ผ่านการดำเนินโครงการภายใต้ Fulbright Specialist Program โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก Dr. Harvey Charles ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการศึกษานานาชาติ เข้าร่วมศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และให้คำปรึกษาเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการขับเคลื่อนความเป็นสากลของมหาวิทยาลัย

ตลอดระยะเวลา 6 สัปดาห์ Dr. Charles ได้ร่วมประชุมเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ เวิร์กชอป การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการประเมินภาพรวมของมหาวิทยาลัย กับผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ บุคลากร และนักศึกษา เพื่อเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาไปสู่ "Comprehensive Internationalization" หรือ "ความเป็นสากลอย่างรอบด้าน"

Dr. Charles สะท้อนว่า มฟล. มีรากฐานความเป็นสากลที่เข้มแข็งที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทยตั้งแต่เริ่มก่อตั้ง สะท้อนผ่านวิสัยทัศน์และนโยบายที่ชัดเจน การเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ คณาจารย์และนักศึกษาหลากหลายเชื้อชาติ ระบบสนับสนุนที่เข้มแข็ง และสภาพแวดล้อมพหุวัฒนธรรมในชีวิตประจำวัน

นอกจากนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยยังโดดเด่นด้านเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ โครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา และความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนานักศึกษาให้เป็น "Global Citizens"

Dr. Charles ยังแสดงความเชื่อมั่นว่า มฟล. มีศักยภาพเป็นต้นแบบด้าน Comprehensive Internationalization ในระดับอาเซียน โดยความโดดเด่นสะท้อนไม่เพียงผ่านการจัดอันดับนานาชาติ แต่ยังผ่านวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่มุ่งสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อผู้เรียน สังคม และโลกในระยะยาว

Mae Fah Luang University Strengthens Its Internationalization Leadership Through Fulbright Specialist Engagement

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) reaffirms its position as Thailand’s leading international universities through the engagement of Dr. Harvey Charles under the Fulbright Program. Dr. Charles, a renowned expert in international higher education, was invited to study, analyze, and provide strategic consultation on the university’s internationalization efforts.

Over a six-week engagement at MFU, Dr. Charles worked closely with university executives, faculty members, staff, and students through strategic meetings, workshops, in-depth interviews, and institutional assessments. The purpose of this engagement was to develop strategic recommendations to advance the university toward “Comprehensive Internationalization”, a holistic and integrated approach to global engagement in higher education.
