มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) โดยส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา จัดกิจกรรม Inspiration for Working & Internship Clinic เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิตและทักษะการทำงานให้แก่นักศึกษาที่กำลังจะสำเร็จการศึกษา พร้อมเปิดโอกาสสำหรับนักศึกษาที่ต้องการหาสถานที่ฝึกปฏิบัติงาน

ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กรกช จันทร์เสรีวิทยา ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง กล่าวเปิดกิจกรรมว่า โลกการทำงานในปัจจุบันเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วทั้งด้านเทคโนโลยีและรูปแบบการทำงาน ทักษะซอฟต์สกิลจึงกลายเป็นสิ่งที่นักศึกษาต้องพัฒนาเพื่อใช้เป็นอาวุธในการแข่งขัน โดยเฉพาะทักษะการปรับตัวและความยืดหยุ่น เพราะเมื่อออกสู่โลกการทำงาน นักศึกษาอาจเผชิญกับโจทย์ที่ไม่เคยพบมาก่อน ผู้ที่ตั้งหลักได้รวดเร็วย่อมได้เปรียบ

นอกจากนี้ยังได้กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของกรอบความคิดแบบเติบโต (Growth Mindset) ว่าไม่มีใครเก่งมาตั้งแต่ต้น ความผิดพลาดคือบทเรียนที่มีค่า หากเรียนรู้และไม่ทำผิดซ้ำในจุดเดิมก็ถือว่าก้าวหน้าแล้ว พร้อมเปรียบการฝึกงานว่าเป็นสะพานเชื่อมระหว่างโลกการเรียนกับโลกการทำงาน และเป็นสนามซ้อมที่นักศึกษาจะได้เก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์เพื่อต่อยอดสู่เส้นทางอาชีพที่มุ่งหวัง

ด้านวิทยากรจาก JOBBKK ได้ถ่ายทอดแนวคิดการเตรียมพร้อมสู่ตลาดแรงงานในหลายมิติ โดยชี้ว่าตำแหน่งงานบางส่วนกำลังหมดความต้องการตามยุคสมัย ขณะที่ตำแหน่งใหม่เกิดขึ้นอยู่เสมอ การรู้จักตัวเองและพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่องจึงเป็นหัวใจสำคัญ พร้อมแนะนำให้นักศึกษาให้ความสำคัญกับกิจกรรมนอกหลักสูตรควบคู่กับความรู้ทางวิชาการ เนื่องจากผู้ประกอบการบางรายนำข้อมูลส่วนนี้มาพิจารณาเป็นลำดับแรก

การสะสมประสบการณ์จากช่วงฝึกงานซึ่งถือเป็นเวลาทองแห่งการลองผิดลองถูกและสร้างผลงานในสายงาน การสร้างเครือข่ายความสัมพันธ์ทั้งในมหาวิทยาลัยและในองค์กรที่ฝึกงาน เนื่องจากโอกาสในชีวิตการทำงานมักมาจากคนที่รู้จักและจดจำเรา และการวางเส้นทางอาชีพโดยตั้งเป้าหมาย 3-5 ปีข้างหน้าล่วงหน้า เพื่อให้งานแรกกลายเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่มั่นคงสู่การเติบโตในสายอาชีพต่อไป

MFU Holds "Inspiration for Working & Internship Clinic" to Prepare Students for the Job Market

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), through its Student Employment and Internship Division, organized the "Inspiration for Working & Internship Clinic"  to equip graduating students with essential life and professional skills, while also providing opportunities to explore internship placements.

Assistant Professor Dr.Korakot Chansareewittaya
, MFU Assistant to the President, opened the event by noting that today's workplace is changing rapidly in both technology and working styles. She emphasized that soft skills, adaptability and flexibility are crucial for graduates, who will inevitably encounter challenges they have never faced before — and those who can adapt  quickly gain a clear advantage.

Dr. Korakot also highlighted the value of Growth Mindset, reminding students that expertise develops over time and mistakes are valuable learning opportunities. Internship, she explained, serves as a bridge between academic life and the professional world, offering a hands-on environment to gain experience and prepare for future careers.

A speaker from JOBBKK provided insights on workforce readiness, noting that some job positions are declining while new positions emerge constantly. Self-awareness, continuous personal development, and engagement in extracurricular activities alongside academics are therefore essential, as employers often consider these experiences first when evaluating candidates.

Key takeaways included the importance of gaining experience during internships, networking within the university and host organizations, and setting clear 3–5 year career goals to turn the first job into a solid foundation for long-term professional growth.
